Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) promotes the health and well being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered persons, their families and friends through:

• ADVOCACY, to end discrimination and secure equal civil rights;

• EDUCATION, to enlighten an ill informed public;

• SUPPORT, to cope with an adverse society.

The Dayton, Ohio Chapter of PFLAG is affiliated with the national organization. PFLAG chapters are located in more than 540 communities across the United States and in 11 countries.
